Frequently Asked Questions
What makes your simulator training special?Our advanced simulators replicate real driving conditions including rain, snow, fog, and challenging scenarios like sudden pedestrian crossings or brake failures. Students can safely experience and learn from dangerous situations that would be impossible to practice on real roads. Each simulator session is supervised and debriefed by an instructor.
Do you specialize in teaching nervous or anxious drivers?Absolutely. Many of our students come to us feeling anxious about driving. We have patient instructors specially trained in teaching nervous beginners. We start slowly in quiet areas, build confidence gradually, and never rush you into situations you’re not ready for. Our success rate with anxious learners is exceptional.
How new are your training vehicles?We maintain one of the newest fleets in Brampton. Most of our vehicles are less than 3 years old and include popular models like Honda Civics, Toyota Corollas, and Mazda3s. All are meticulously maintained, fully insured, and equipped with dual brakes and dashcams for safety and lesson review.
Can I watch a video recording of my lesson?Yes! All our vehicles have dashcams. After each lesson, we can review specific moments where you excelled or need improvement. This visual feedback is incredibly helpful for understanding exactly what to adjust. Many students tell us this feature accelerates their learning significantly.
What’s included in the Teen Driver Special?This comprehensive package includes the full BDE course, five additional practice lessons beyond the standard program, and a unique parent coaching session where we teach parents how to supervise practice driving effectively. It’s designed specifically for families with teen drivers who want extra support and practice.
How far in advance should I book lessons?We recommend booking 2-3 weeks ahead, especially for popular evening and weekend slots. However, we often have availability for weekday daytime lessons with shorter notice. Call us to check current availability and we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule.
Do you offer gift certificates?Yes! Driving lessons make excellent graduation gifts, birthday presents, or holiday gifts. We offer gift certificates for any amount or specific lesson packages. Certificates are valid for 12 months from purchase date and are transferable.
What happens if I fail my road test?Don’t worry – many students don’t pass on the first attempt. We offer discounted re-test packages where we analyze what went wrong with the examiner’s feedback sheet, practice those specific skills, and get you ready to pass next time. Most of our students pass on their second attempt.
