Your Journey to Confidence Starts Here

Learning to drive in St. John’s can be an overwhelming experience. Between the heavy maritime fog on the Avalon and the unique “roundabout” patterns merging onto Team Gushue, it’s natural to feel some anxiety. A+ Drivers was built specifically to address these challenges with extreme patience and expert coaching.

We don’t believe in “one size fits all” instruction. Our instructors, like Josh and Blake, are recognized across the city for their calm and supportive demeanor. We specialize in working with anxious drivers and those who have had negative experiences elsewhere. Our goal isn’t just to help you pass; it’s to help you feel completely at ease behind the wheel.

Modern Safety in Every Mile

We believe that your learning environment matters. That’s why our entire fleet consists of modern, safety-equipped **Toyota Corollas**. These vehicles are chosen specifically because they are safe, easy to handle, and visibility is excellent—perfect for mastering tight parallel parking on the streets of downtown St. John’s or hill starts in Mount Pearl. Each car is equipped with dual brakes, ensuring your instructor can keep you safe while you gain your confidence.

Serving the Entire Avalon Metro area

Convenience is key when choosing a driving school. We provide comprehensive pickup and drop-off services across the entire metro region. Whether you’re a student at CNA in Prince Philip Drive needing a lesson after class, or a professional in CBS or Paradise, we come to you. We spend dedicated time on the Motor Registration (MRD) routes, ensuring you are 100% prepared for exactly what the examiners will throw at you on test day.
